Unlike other consumer protection schemes with the TTA your money is retained in a trust account and can only be released by independent trustees to pay suppliers and service providers (that are also protected) in relation to YOUR trip. When you book a trip with True North you will also receive a "Stand Alone Safe Seat Guarantee Certificate" confirming you are protected by the scheme. The trust account is set up with the TTA and their Trustees in True North Travel's name and funds are only released to us when you return from your trip.
